1. This referral program is exclusively for existing customers of Tiara Hana Indonesia who refer new sign ups (have not previously been a customer before) only.

2. When a customer decides to join this program, it means directly agreeing to provide and disclose contact, and other necessary details, of the potential referrals.

3. Tiara Hana Indonesia reserves the right to make any amendments to the Customer Rewards Experience referral program, including but not limited to the percentage of commission.

4. Tiara Hana Indonesia reserves the right to make any amendments to the ongoing promotions and discounts.

5. With each successful referral, you will receive a commission based on the net purchased price made by your referral.

6. Application of referral reward payout will be at the sole discretion of Tiara Hana Indonesia.

7. When an existing customer decides to join this Customer Reward Experience referral program, any referral made by the customer must be sent to the Tiara Hana Indonesia Customer Relations team with all necessary contact details.
